Care Ministries provide care to:
- those with a job crisis
- those making life transitions, the terminally ill and their families
- those with disabilities and their families
- new members in our church and their community
- people who have to be home-bound
- people facing a spiritual crisis
- the aging and elderly
- the hospitalized
- the lonely
Programs of Care at Parkview:
Visitation:
Visitation is carried out to people who are in a crisis situation, in the hospital or other care facility or whose circumstances render them house-bound. Special focus is given to encouragement, prayer and spiritual development.
Help With Income Tax: people who are unable to do their simple tax forms or are unable to financially get help with their income tax, we have people available to assit with this.
Hot Meals and Encouragement Bags:
Hot, homemade meals are delivered to new mothers, individuals who are ill at home or families facing crisis situations.
Welcome or Encouragement Bags are made by the team and delivered to new people in the community or people needing encouragement in different situations.
Benevolence:
Our Parkview community practices benevolence in various ways. We help to:

- Bake and deliver trays of goodies at Christmas.
- Donate food and money to the community Food Bank.
- Collect and send Christmas Shoeboxes with Samaritan's Purse.
- Have "Good Meal Bags" available for people in need.
There are always many opportunities available for ministry at Parkview. Some are:
- Drive church members to services.
- Drive people to appointments, clinics, etc.
- Visit people in hospitals or homes.
- Prepare frozen meals or hot meals for those in need.
- Join the prayer chain to pray for needs.
- Set up and clean up for meal events.
- Set up coffee for events.
- Clean the church kitchen.
