![]() | November 21st, 2009: immersion "spiritual formation": Life Keys. Life Keys is a dynamic tool to help you better understand who you are and how you are gifted, in your natural talents as well as in your spiritual gifts. Life Keys is based on the premise that the more that you understand about how you work and what motivates you, the better you are able to look for opportunities that will fit with what you are designed by God to be. Life Keys uses a multi-faceted approach, focusing on the results of 5 different concepts/theories to discover how God has created and gifted you. Life Keys helps you apply this knowledge in many aspects of your life, including career, service opportunities, and relationships. You can find new meaning and purpose by integrating what you learn about yourself with new understandings of your values, passions, and use of time. Look for this seminar to be taught again in the future. |
![]() | January 17th, 2009: immersion "theology": The Apostle's Creed. Many of you are familiar with this text, and will most likely recognize it and can perhaps recite some or all of it. But what does is really mean and what are we pronouncing when we recite this? Dr. Rauser, Professor of Historical Theology at Taylor Seminary, is the author of the new book "Faith Lacking Understanding" on the topic of The Apostles Creed. His down-to-earth and approachable teaching style brings this ancient creed into our contemporary understanding and gives every person a new understanding and application of this creed into their faith. DVD's of the seminar are available - if you are interested, please contact our church office @780.853.4229 or email Laurie. |
