What is Parkview Youth?

Parkview Youth is for grades 7-12 and takes place in the basement of Parkview Alliance Church at 7:00 pm on Fridays during the school year. When we meet, we play games, give time to connect with other teens, grab a snack once in a while and then jump into a lesson from the Bible. It’s always a fantastic night of relationship-building and fun activities for anyone; we welcome anyone and hope you test out our youth group! 

 We are talking about what Jesus meant when he said, “And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come” in Matthew 24:14. The month is all about the Mission of God and what it means to reach people who have never heard the gospel along with how to share our faith with people around us. We will discuss ways to get involved in God’s local and global mission. 

We are heading out to Bellevue for our spring retreat again. We are meeting there at 7:00 pm on May 31st, and pick up is on June 2nd at 2:00 pm. We will be playing games, swimming, eating camp food and worshiping Jesus in chapels. We are also sharing the camp with Vegreville Alliance Church who is joining us on the retreat. This retreat is open for grades 6 – 12, but registration is due May 24th (one week before the retreat). You can find the waiver here:
